  1. Members of any exam comittee should be duly registered members of the ESC (see above), except for Senior Instructor / 3-dan exams.
  2. Exams held in the European region should comply with the European Technical Committee’s curricula specifications (for up to date information before holding an exam session, ask National Exam Coordinator).
  3. To sit as an examiner for a certain discipline (Karate, Bojutsu, Shintaido), the examiner must be qualified at the proper level in that discipline.

Exam results registration to ESC

Registration of exams results should be made using the "Examination result registration form" (form in french). This form should be signed by the committee members directly after exams results have been announced. It should then be handed or sent to the national exam coordinator (see list above).  The "Exam result speadsheet for computer input" (speadsheet in french) should also be filled and sent by e-mail, so that the national exam coordinator might transfert it to the secretary of ESC for publication of correctly spelled results on the web and archive the signed list.
